The Surray Vintage large herringbone parquet is without a doubt the essence of a cozy home. Everything that reminds you of home, whether it be peace, security, and comfortability, this floor emphasizes. The wood’s natural imperfections, blemishes and crevices, add to the overall beauty of this parquet. The 29.5 inch parquet is one of the largest sizes. Very close to being 30in long, the parquet is made out of European Oak, and is recommended that the blocks be oiled or sealed with hardwax oil (as seen in the picture above). The 6 mm gap above the tongue and groove of the block gives the floor and solid and durable feel. The blocks are crafted with close attention to detail and professional craftsmanship. An advantage of the floor in regards to fitment is that the blocks are oriented in the left or right position, making it compatible with a herringbone pattern when conjoined with the all side T&G connection (which we highly recommend when laid with the herringbone parquet). To install this parquet, a professional is not required.
